ECISD announces future locations for new schools
ODESSA, Texas — Ector County ISD has announced the future locations for their new middle school and new CTE high school. The location of the middle school is at the intersection of S. Tripp and Hutson in West Odessa. The location of the new CTE high school will be at E. Murphy, just east of the intersection with Meadow.

ECISD lauds increased graduation rate
Ector County ISD has the highest graduation it has seen in the last 22 years and Superintendent Scott Muri said there are several reasons for that. The rate of 85.7 percent is for the class of 2023 and it is 2 percentage points higher than the previous year. Bond properties ceremony set
Ector County ISD leaders announced Monday the locations for the new middle school and the new CTE high school are now officially ECISD properties. Superintendent Scott Muri and a few others will be hosting a very brief ceremony at 9 a.m. June 11 as signs go up announcing these sites as the future homes for new schools. There is a lot of work ahead to prepare these locations for building, but this will serve as a kickoff announcement, a news release stated.
