Rutgers Football Recruiting: Week No.2 of official visits
Rutgers football had another big recruiting weekend on the banks this weekend playing host to 12 young talents, four of which are already committed to play for the Knights. Those who came on campus for their official visit this weekend who are already committed are wide receiver Sah’nye Degraffenreidt, offensive tackle Jayden Elijah, quarterback Sean Ashenfelder, and linebacker Isaiah Deloatch. Elijah and Degraffenreidt stand out as particularly interesting prospects because they are both from New Jersey, Rutgers’ home base, which has not given Rutgers a lot of commits this year. These two count for two out of five New Jersey commits so far in this recruiting class of 19 commits. Rutgers has almost the same amount of commits out of Florida as they do out of Jersey this year.
