Some councilors skeptical of proposed changes to Westfield sign ordinance
WESTFIELD — City Planner Jay Vinskey came before the City Council on June 6 with recommended changes from the Planning Board to the city’s sign ordinance. After a brief discussion, the recommendations were referred to the council’s Zoning, Planning and Development Committee, chaired by Councilor Ralph Figy.
