A metro Atlanta political campaign firm is hosting a concert in downtown Woodstock April 21, where residents can meet four Democratic candidates running for offices representing Cherokee County.

Votestock is hosted by FTR Strategies, a Democratic-aligned campaign management firm in Roswell. The purpose of the event, according to FTR, is to highlight May 21 state primary election, with early voting beginning on April 29; and to celebrate the launch of four FTR clients running for down-ballot offices in the Woodstock, North Fulton and east Cobb area.

The candidates, who will be at the event, are:

♦ Antonio Daza, who is running for Georgia’s 11th Congressional District

♦ Micheal Garza, who is running for Georgia House District 46

♦ Tracey Verhoeven, who is running for Georgia Senate District 21

According to organizers, Votestock will have live music courtesy of local rock band Rodeo Drive; locally sourced food; and booths offering information about local businesses, campaigns and other involvement opportunities.
