Tyler man facing 99 years in prison set free after accepting lesser charge in plea deal
TYLER, Texas — Editor's Note: The above video aired in February 2024. A Tyler man who was facing up to 99 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit is now a free man. Daryl Lynn Davis, 60, was previously facing a trial for a tampering with evidence charge in connection with a February 2019 traffic stop. He was accused of destroying evidence by ingesting cocaine.

Krystle Medeiros of Tyler, age 38, faces intoxication manslaughter charges after she was purportedly driving under the influence on State Highway 64, colliding with a pickup truck and leading to the death of her 9-year-old daughter, Kylie Medeiros. Gladewater man accepts 40-year deal for dealing meth
GILMER, Texas (KLTV) - A Gladewater man accepted a 40-year sentence Monday for 2023 drug charges. Jabar Okeith Miller, 49, was charged with delivery of methamphetamines after an August 2, 2023, incident that occurred in the Union Grove Community. On Monday, he pleaded guilty in Judge Dean Fowler’s court and accepted a 40-year sentence for the crime.
