The Witch Hunt Within: A Review of ‘The Crucible’
“The Crucible” is a play set in Salem, Massachusetts, during the Salem Witch Trials of 1692. Although many parts are dramatized by Arthur Miller, it is based on a true story. The play is set in a very strict Puritan society where people live religious lifestyles, and where your reputation can affect your societal status. The story begins with rumors circulating in the town about witchcraft, and as a result, you see how quickly fear can make a community turn on itself.

You could call it notoriety if you want, and not all the attention was positive, but the most tangible result is that Weiner’s music and the band he founded in 2010 has seen more exposure than ever. Low Cut Connie is another example of that old showbiz cliché, an "overnight sensation" with their eighth album, after 16
