May 2

Patrick Mashawn Ford, 28 – Possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle prohibited. Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses. Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

Jonathan Ja’uan Garrett, 29 – Rear license not illuminated. Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

George C. Harris, age unknown – Criminal mischief – 3rd degree.

May 3

Macaela D. Blackburn, 24 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

Eric K. Hatton, 51 – Rear license not illuminated. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Omar F. Leyva-arzavala, 35 – One headlight. No operators – moped license. No or expired registration plates.

Jason T. O’Rafferty, age unknown – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

Michael Devin Vallejo 30 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance. Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.

Karen Regina Whitmore, age unknown – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

May 4

Thomas Rudolph Franciso 36 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

Freddy Alexander Garcia Ordonez, 19 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

Joshua A. Wilson, 18 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

May 5

Paul Anthony Blevins, 32 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

Paul Jason Carrington, 43 – Driving on a DUI suspended license – 2nd offense.

Larry Drew Fraley, 38 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition auto $1,000 < $10,000. Criminal mischief – 3rd degree. Theft by deception – include cold checks.

Linda S. Mendoza, 44 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

Angela Renee Shannon, 43 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

Michael Devin Vallejo, 30 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance. Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.

May 6

Gregory L. Barnes, 49 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

Robert Allen Fields, 46 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

Matthew A. Foley, 36 – Possession of marijuana.

William Frank Gilliam, 56 – Violation of a Kentucky E.P.O./D.V.O. Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.

Jermey Gilpin, 37 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. .08 – 2nd. Reckless driving. No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. Disregarding traffic control device – traffic light. Illegal possession of legend drug. Failure to or improper signal. Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Prescription of a controlled substance not in original container – 1st offense. Obstructing governmental operations.

Tammy Khoury, age unknown – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

Elisa Danielle Pyles, 55 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.
