Governor Stitt signs bill changing graduation requirements for high schoolers
ARDMORE, Okla. (KXII) - A new Oklahoma law recently signed by Governor Kevin Stitt is making some changes to the state school curriculum and graduation requirements. In the 16 pages of House Bill 3278, legislators added another required year of math for students, removed the fine arts graduation requirement, and created pathway units designed to help students figure out what they want to do after high school.
