    Delaware man's body recovered in Northeast River

    NORTH EAST — The body of a 27 year old Wilmington, Del. man was recovered Sunday, hours after bystanders found his unmanned and running boat near Anchor Marina, according to the US Coast Guard in Baltimore.

    David Rambo was last seen Saturday night around 11 p.m. Saturday. Authorities were told he had been fishing in the mouth of Northeast Creek.

    Rambo’s body was found by divers from Maryland Natural Resources Police and Maryland State Police.

    Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City deployed crews in MH-65 Dolphin helicopters to aid in the search. Boat crews from Coast Guard Station Curtis Bay, Maryland Natural Resources Police and Susquehanna Hose Fire Company in Havre de Grace also aided in the search along with Cecil County fire and police divers.
