Mississippi man out on bond for Mobile murder arrested for alleged bond violation
MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - A Moss Point, Miss., man facing a murder charge has been arrested for allegedly violating the conditions of his bond violation. Kolby Street is accused of the 2021 shooting death of 17-year-old Jalon Gallery on Sumner Drive in Mobile. He was out on bond waiting for space to become available at the Taylor Hardin Secure Medical Facility in Tuscaloosa for mental health treatment in an effort to make him competent to stand trial.
