Williamsport, Pa. — A man agreed to sell cocaine to an informant over the phone as detectives listened in February of this year.

Rodney Alan Wilson, 42, of Williamsport met the informant near the 700 block of Memorial Avenue, detectives with the Lycoming County Narcotics Enforcement Unit said. Wilson allegedly exchanged cocaine for $225 in prerecorded cash.

Wilson is being charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility. He is being held on $65,000 monetary bail.

Dating back to 2015, this is Wilson’s sixth arrest for drugs, according to court records.
