WICHITA FALLS ( KFDX/KJTL ) — Dexter School, a preschool through high school STEM learning center on Speedway, is restructuring its programs and staff and is not closing, as some rumors claimed.

No one at the school wished to talk on camera yet about the restructuring, but they released a statement to us that said:

“Dexter is restructuring and returning to our original vision of bringing a world-class stem education to Wichita Falls. Our new summer school program begins on June 3rd. We look forward to continuing to serve Texoma families.”

Dexter opened in the former New Hope Presbyterian Church on Speedway in 2020 after relocating from Big Blue downtown.
