Whiteville crews respond to fire that destroyed icehouse
WHITEVILLE, N.C. (WECT) - Whiteville crews responded to a fire in a vacant icehouse off of Main Street at around 3 p.m. on Friday, July 26. Per Whiteville Emergency Services Director Hal Lowder, they believe it was started by lightning. Nobody was injured, but the house is a total loss.
