New Westchester coffee shop, slated to open April 26, promotes 'kindness in a cup'

That's the slogan here — and the mission — as Sleepy Coffee, Too is a non profit (501c3) business with the goal of providing training and employment for people with disabilities in an inclusive cafe workplace.
