BRISTOL, Ind. (WNDU) - St. John of the Cross Episcopal Church in Bristol held a celebration dinner and fundraiser for its recently restored 180-year-old stained glass windows. The windows were created and brought over from England shortly after the church was founded in 1843. The two stained glass pieces of art wore down over time. That’s when the church put in the order to restore the windows for the price of $160,000.
