Family-owned business receives nationwide recognition
CHILLICOTHE — When Isaiah Keller's grandfather started CBS Factory Direct over 70 years ago, the business started as a small building supply shop. Over the years, as the family saw a need in the community, it grew into an installation and renovation business with two locations and more to come. Now Keller runs the family business and is working to continue its growth without compromising the quality of service his team provides. His work is paying off, too, because his team was recently awarded the National Best of the Best award for exterior remodeling and was placed on the Qualified Remodeler’s Top 500 list. The business was recognized for the over 200 jobs completed in the past year, bringing in over $3,000,000 in gross revenue. Keller said it felt good to be recognized and to have his team receive nationwide recognition for the work they do in the Chillicothe and Portsmouth area. Keller said he plans to continue to grow the business, but promises local customers that it won't come at the expense of the quality of service they businesses was built on. "The absolute nonnegotiable for us is quality first," said Keller. This article originally appeared on Chillicothe Gazette:
