Man accused of stealing, abandoning pontoon
A New Auburn man is accused of stealing several items, including a pontoon that he abandoned, and is now facing charges in Barron County Circuit Court. Mikle J. Miller, 44, was charged on Friday with three misdemeanor and two felony counts of theft of movable property. Additional counts include a misdemeanor criminal damage to property, and taking a vehicle and abandoning it, and felony counts of stealing a vehicle and bail jumping.

A Barron man accused of threatening an officer after making statements during his arrest that he had served in a ranger unit and could take the officer’s gear and use it against him has pleaded not guilty.
