Everyone in Morgantown is aware that the transfer portal is open
The NCAA Transfer Portal is open. Hundreds of players have entered their name into the database, looking for a new home. Some have already found those new schools. Others are at least taking visits. In Morgantown, one might think that the portal is on the backburner. Current players may not be ready to jump in since spring football is still going on.
