A 25-year-old York woman on Tuesday pleaded guilty to fatally stabbing her 36-year-old cousin in December 2021, court documents said. Ninoska Santos-Cruz was initially charged with murder of the first degree, murder of the second degree, murder of the third degree and criminal homicide, according to court documents.
