MANCHESTER, N.H. — A man who police believe is in the U.S. illegally is facing federal charges for allegedly stealing data through credit card skimmers around the Northeast. According to court documents, Romario Serban placed the skimmers at Walmart stores in New Hampshire, New York, Maine and Massachusetts last July.
