NEW YORK -- A $5,000 reward is being offered after a dead dolphin missing its fins and tail washed ashore in New York City, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.The dolphin was found on the west side of Beach 8th Street in Far Rockaway, Queens on May 27 by members of the Atlantic Marine Conservation Society. Hudson County Community College (HCCC) will host a groundbreaking ceremony for the HCCC Center for Student Success at 2 Enos Place in Jersey City, N.J., at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 18. The eleven-story Center for Student Success, a 153,186 square-foot, mixed-use tower, is being constructed one block from the Journal Square PATH station on an existing HCCC-owned parking lot.
