The Caldwell Classic 5K Run/Walk on May 18 will honor the enduring inspiration of Theresa DiMasi and Marie LanFrank—CWCEF pioneers whose dream was to bolster every student's success.
The event will begin at James Caldwell High School, 265 Westville Ave. in West Caldwell.
8:15 AM Children's Dash in the parking lot (up to 5 years old; registration not required. However, if you'd like your child to receive an event shirt, please register for the 1- Mile)
8:30 AM Welcome Remarks
8:45 AM 5K Run/Walk (route map below)
9:30 AM Awards
DJ until 10:00AM (provided by EYE to EYE Entertainment)
5K Awards
Top male and female overall finishers
1st, 2nd, 3rd place male and female in each age group (excluding overall winners):
Ages 7 & under, 8-9, 10-11, 12-14
15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59,
60-69, 70-79, 80 & over
And... Finisher medals for all registered participants!
Race Route
1-Mile Fun Run: Start at JCHS. Up Woodmere Rd. Turn right onto Lane Ave. Turn right onto Westville. Back to JCHS... TAKE THIS LOOP TWICE. (This is not a timed race.)
5K (see map): Start at JCHS. Up Westville Ave. Through the park. Past the pond. Turn back on Brookside. Down Westville Ave. End at JCHS. *Water station every mile.
