NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ – The Borough Council held a meeting to discuss the new affordable housing regulations on Tuesday, June 11. Borough Planner McKinley Mertz attended the session to explain the “aggressive” timeline of the new set of requirements and affordable housing obligations.
