New restaurant opening in Binghamton. See what The Upper Crust offers
A new restaurant is opening in downtown Binghamton, offering a space for great cocktails and shareable bites. The Upper Crust, located at 15 Hawley St. in Binghamton, is set to fully open the weekend of March 13, and co-owner Chrissy Pasquale-Urso says she hopes the restaurant will allow customers to both "gather" and "linger." Pasquale-Urso, 41, along with her husband Andrew Urso, 43, of Endwell, took over 15 Hawley St., the former Stone Fox restaurant, in the summer of 2025. While the couple were investors in the Stone Fox, Pasquale-Urso said they decided to buy out the business after the restaurant closed in February 2025, in order to bring some life back into the space. "It was a lot of just opportunity that we felt like was still there to make something, change things around and bring in a whole new crowd of people," Pasquale-Urso said. "I think it just needed a breath of fresh air." With a full coffee bar, lunch options, appetizers, an extensive wine list and cocktails, The Upper Crust should offer a little something for everyone.
