NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – A man and woman were indicted on murder charges Monday in connection to the deaths of two people whose body parts were found scattered at multiple locations on Long Island in March.

The charges come after the body parts of 59-year-old Donna R. Conneely and Malcolm C. Brown, 53, were found in Babylon Village, West Babylon and Bethpage.

Two cousins—Jeffrey Mackey, 38, and Alexis Nieves, 33—are now facing second-degree murder charges. Both were arraigned on Monday morning in Suffolk County criminal court in Riverhead where they pleaded not guilty, according to multiple reports.

Suspects Amanda Wallace, 40, Steven Brown, 44, and Mackey all live at the same home on Railroad Avenue in Amityville, where police searched in March following a SWAT raid . The fourth suspect, Nieves, doesn't have a known address, police said, but she's believed to live at the home with the other three.

All four faced charges of hindering prosecution, tampering with physical evidence, and concealing a human corpse to which they pleaded not guilty and were released without bail on March 6.

During an apartment search, police said no remains were found during the search of the home, but more remains were discovered in a wooded area on Lakeway Drive in West Babylon and inside Bethpage State Park.

The discoveries came after a severed head, right arm and right upper leg from the woman were found at Southards Pond Park in Babylon. A right arm and a left arm from the man were found at the same park; one of his arms was found by a girl walking to school, while the other was found in a pile of leaves by a cadaver dog, police said.

Mackey is detained without bail, while the judge has established a $1 million cash bail and a $10 million bond for Nieves, according to ABC7 .
