    Webster man pleads guilty to deadly hit-and-run on Klem Road

    ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — One man pleaded guilty to a hit-and-run that led to the death of a bicyclist on Klem Road.

    Ryan LaDuca pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle crash without reporting and tampering with physical evidence. This happened after a hit-and-run that took the life of 57-year-old Pamela Rubenstein.

    On August 22, 2023, Rubenstein was riding her bike on Klem Road when LaDuca’s car left the road and hit her. She died in Strong Memorial Hospital two days after the crash.

    LaDuca was identified as the suspect within days and was arrested for the incident . He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in a person’s death and tampering with physical evidence.

    His sentencing is scheduled for July 17, 2024 at 2 p.m.
