WASHINGTON – A federal program designed to provide internet access to low-income households is set to run out of funding during May, meaning millions of people could have to adapt to life without having online access. An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.3 rocked Jamaica at around 8:02 PM local time. The epicenter was reported at 28 km from Kingston and the quake was felt across all parishes on the island. No damage or injuries have been reported.
