Ted Clark’s in Waverly listed for sale for nearly $2 million

WAVERLY, N.Y. ( WETM ) — Ted Clark’s Busy Market is up for sale just months after closing its doors for the final time in late February.

According to a listing on pyramidbrokerage.com, the building is for sale for the price of $1,950,000.

The listing has the building sized at 12,100 SF which takes up .82 acres of land and is considered a two-story commercial building.

The brokerage site says that the building can be bought for continued use as a grocery store or redevelop the site into something different.

The land is classified as commercial zoning, with the site saying that allows for a range of permitted uses including retail/business, restaurant and hotel/motel.

The site says that grocery store equipment and furnishing can be purchased at an additional cost.
