Eight chambers in central Wisconsin meet for collaborative program
PLOVER — Eight chambers of commerce in central Wisconsin met at the Food + Farm Exploration Center in Plover on Tuesday, May 7 for the first Peer Network Conference. The event was designed to gather professionals from these chambers to share insights, collaborate and connect. Those who attended received a tour of the facility, participated in a variety of exercises designed to foster connections and spent time with their peer group discussing challenges shared in their common roles.

Rita Catherine Kemp Jalovy, aged 94, passed away on May 5, 2024, in Neenah, WI, with her daughter by her side. She was born in Chicago, IL, to Joseph and Mary Kemp, the third of their children. On November 4, 1950, she married the love of her life, Bruno Jalovy, in Chicago, IL.

Anderson, Donald V.
Donald V. Anderson, age 98, of Waupaca, WI, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2024 at ThedaCare Medical Center in Waupaca. He was born in West Allis, WI on March 3, 1926, a son of the late Carl and Emelia Anderson. He married Catherine Martin on December 27, 1947 in Waterford, WI. She preceded him in death on March 8, 2022. Donald was a member of Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in Waupaca.
