WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – Two separate construction projects in the City of Watertown could cause delays for drivers on Monday.

Both West Main Street and the intersection of Winslow Street and Gotham Street will be undergoing different projects today.

City crews will be working on capping a water main from Vanduzee Street to the city limits. This could cause interruptions to water service starting at 7 a.m. for Sheridan Street, Woodley Street, and West Street. This could last for about four hours.

Construction work will cause the intersection of Winslow and Gotham streets to be closed. The intersection should re-open on Tuesday.

Drivers are asked to find alternate routes for the duration of the projects.
