Alek Manoah on Sunday made his first MLB start since August, and it did not go well. Those who put together his jersey did him no favors either.

Manoah strutted out for a start for his Toronto Blue Jays against the Washington Nationals. The pitcher’s jersey had all sorts of problems — his number was an upside down 9 rather than a 6. The letters spelling out his last name were all crooked. Then the sweat from his body made his jersey top look darker than his pants.

All those mistakes resulted in a bad-looking jersey.

On top of that, Manoah gave up 7 runs over 4 innings, though he was lucky enough to walk away with a no-decision.

The new uniforms produced by Nike and Fanatics this season have caused all sorts of issues . Nike has finally vowed to fix the issue so that hopefully there won’t be more embarrassing events like what happened with Manoah’s jersey.
