    DC police looking for suspect involved in Northwest robbery

    WASHINGTON ( DC News Now ) — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) asked for the community’s help in finding a person involved in a robbery in Northwest D.C.

    Police said that on Friday at about 4:55 a.m., the suspect approached the victim inside a store on the 1700 block of Columbia Rd. He took the victim’s items before leaving.

    Anyone with any information about this robbery or suspect should call MPD at (202) 727-9099 or text 50411.

    MPD currently offers a reward of up to $1,000 to anyone with information that leads to an arrest.
