A Sharpsville, Pa., man on Tuesday was given a seven to 10½-year prison sentence and a lifetime driver’s license suspension after being convicted of charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and OVI for a fatal traffic crash that occurred late on Nov. 17, 2023, at the intersection of U.S. 422 and Ohio 305 in Southington.

Warren woman pleads guilty to amended charges in child’s death
WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) — A city woman Tuesday pleaded guilty in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court to amended charges in the death of her 20-month-old son. Aris J. Rice, 32, entered guilty pleas before Judge Andrew D. Logan to charges of involuntary manslaughter, a third-degree felony; and child endangering, a first-degree misdemeanor.
