Severe storms to develop close to midnight continuing into early Friday morning | 4/25AM
LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) - Good morning Texoma! Storm development is expected late tonight and spread east into Friday morning. The main event will impact Texoma closer to midnight that poses a risk for ALL severe weather hazards. Storms will fire up in the Texas panhandle around 11 tonight and will move east before exiting the DMA completely by 6AM tomorrow morning. The strongest of storms look to produce large hail between golf ball and baseball size stones, wind gusts between to 60 to 70mph and a widespread spin up potential with an isolated but strong tornado risk for Greer, Harmon, Beckham counties in Oklahoma and Childress county in Texas.
