North Platte Giving Day finishes strong
The 24-hour philanthropic charitable campaign was hosted by the Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation, an organization that primarily serves Lincoln County, as well as 11 other counties, by helping to build charitable resources to benefit the area.
Lincoln County 4-H receives donation from Lincoln Federal Savings Bank
North Platte, Neb.- On Thursday, Lincoln Federal Savings Bank donated to Lincoln County 4-H because of their “casual for a cause” campaign. Lincoln Federal Savings Bank offers an opportunity for employees to purchase a privilege to wear jeans or other pants that are not usually approved for Friday's corporate/casual days. Lincoln Federal agreed to donate the money to that was received to charities in the communities. Employees get to decided which charity the money is donated too.
