Defendant in Fatal Infant Heroin OD Case Dies
SAN ANGELO — Dustin Wayne Smock, a key figure in the tragic 2020 case involving the administration of heroin to an infant, has passed away, authorities confirmed Saturday. Smock, 37, who was romantically linked to Cristin Bradley, was implicated in the death of two-month-old Brixlee Marie Lee. Lee was discovered unconscious at a residence on the 2200 block of Webster Avenue in San Angelo on November 7, 2020. Learn More Here.
Deadly helicopter crash near Texas-Mexico border now under criminal investigation
STARR COUNTY, Texas — Authorities are investigating if there was any criminal wrongdoing in a deadly helicopter crash near the Texas-Mexico border. According to ABC News, Major Carlos Delgado with the Starr County Sheriff's Office said they're still conducting their own criminal investigation into the crash after turning the case over to the Department of Defense.
