GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A person was rescued from the Grand River around 1 a.m. on Saturday, according to the Grand Rapids Fire Department. Fire crews responded to the 1600 block of Monroe NW, where they said a person either fell or jumped from the train trestle into shallow water.
