Just opened in Hilo is Lehua Restaurant, from the team behind Napua at Mauna Lani Beach club. At Lehua Restaurant, you'll find local faves, big portions, and even a kids menu!. A Calamari steak was prepared katsu-style, and served with a tomato poke and a yuzu sweet chili sauce. I don't care for calamari, but this was one of the best calamari dishes I've ever had! The calamari was really tender, and I loved the furikake coating!
