Where will Daiso’s first location be in the Central Valley?

VISALIA, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – Daiso, a store that includes Japanese-inspired home decor, stationary, food, and more, will be opening in Visalia.

According to Daiso officials, the store will be opening at the end of summer 2024. The new store will be located at Packwood Creek Shopping Center in Visalia. Currently, the closest store to the Central Valley is in San Jose.

On Daiso’s website , the business describes itself as a 50-year-old family-owned company, with over 100,000 producers. They operate over 6,000 stores across the globe with over 100 being in the U.S.

Daiso describes its mission as holding to the idea of the everyday low price providing infinite power to improve people’s lives.

A specific date for when the store in Visalia will be open has not been released.
