COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - More than 30 people are without a home Friday night after a massive apartment complex fire broke out near the World Arena. It happened early Friday morning at the Quail Cove Apartment Complex. More than 55 firefighters with the Colorado Springs Fire Department responded to get the blaze out. As of Friday night, the cause of that fire is still under investigation.

Man Arrested After Attempting to Steal Car; Ramming Police Vehicle
A man was arrested Thursday morning after getting caught attempting to steal a car and ramming a police vehicle while trying to flee the scene. The Colorado Springs Police Department blotter reported that the incident began at around 4 a.m. when officers were called to the 1300 block of East San Miguel Street on a report of a motor vehicle theft in progress. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered a male matching the description provided, and the suspect —identified as Jacob Rodriguez— was witnessed by officers as he attempted to steal the car, according to the department's blotter entry.
