Oneida, N.Y. — A Central New York holiday parade has been cancelled after a nearby building partially collapsed Friday morning, police said. An exterior wall at 122 Vanderbilt Ave. in the city of Oneida collapsed, causing the road to be closed, police said. No one was injured, police said.
