An Albany man is facing several charges following an incident at the Dick's Sporting Goods location at the Sangertown Square mall in New Hartford. FLOYD- A resident from the Mohawk Valley is faced with a charge stemming from a disturbance complaint last month in Oneida County, authorities say. Logan E. Marek, 23, of Rome, NY was arrested and charged Tuesday morning by the New York State Police (Remsen). Marek is officially charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief in the fourth-degree.
