Ossont, 26, of Remsen, NY was arrested Tuesday morning by the New York State Police (Remsen). Ossont is officially charged with one misdemeanor count each of criminal mischief in the fourth-degree, obstructing governmental administration in the second-degree and resisting arrest.

Marek, 23, of Rome, NY was arrested and charged Tuesday morning by the New York State Police (Remsen).
