‘Armed and dangerous’ man wanted in Augusta aggravated assault
AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 38-year-old man wanted in connection with an aggravated assault. Deputies say they are looking for 38-year-old Jeremy Bolton, who is wanted in connection with an aggravated assault that happened Saturday in the 2400 block of Peach Orchard Road.

I hope you had a wonderful Mother’s Day and enjoyed the nice weather this weekend! After a couple days of sunshine and lower humidity, we will be back to the clouds, rain, and muggy conditions tomorrow. Tonight will be mostly cloudy with lows in the mid 50s. Highs on Monday and Tuesday will only be in the mid to upper 70s because of the overcast conditions and rain. Those rain chances are high both days, but most of the rain will be light. Rainfall totals should stay under an inch with a low chance of flooding. There is also a low end risk of severe weather both days, but there really doesn’t look to be any storms until late Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.

Friday night update: It’s going to be a beautiful Mother’s Day weekend! It will be comfortable to be outside with lower dew points and high temperatures near 80 degrees. If you are heading out late, you might want to pack a light jacket due to the crisp lows in the lower 50s. If you believed the storms were over, think again! Next week looks to bring a very wet pattern, with showers and storms nearly every day. It is too early to tell if there will be severe weather. We will continue to monitor trends and keep you posted. The high temperatures will range from the upper 70s to the mid-80s.
