OZARK, Mo. (KFVS) - The Chaffee Baseball team beat Tipton 5-1 to claim 3rd place in Class 2 Tuesday in Ozark. Chaffee scored two runs in the first inning and never looked back in the victory. Pitcher Levi McKinnie was the winning pitcher, he improved to 7-0 on the season.

Mid Buchanan and Benton’s baseball programs will both travel to Ozark, Missouri, this week attempting to cap off their seasons with state championships. The Cardinals will take to the state semifinals this week for the first time since 2007.
