UTICA, N.Y. -- An attorney helping local tenants of Millennia-owned properties says living conditions continue to deteriorate. "Pests are becoming a bigger and bigger issue in the building, including bed bugs," says Attorney Andrew Croom of Legal Services of CNY. "There's been reports that tenants are finding them in their apartments. The trash continues to be an ongoing issue. Trash piles up in the trash rooms and the tenants are responsible for taking that out themselves."
