Huntington Veterans honor members on Memorial Day
HUNTINGTON — In a solemn ceremony Monday, nearly 100 people took time out of their day to honor the memory of Huntington County veterans who have passed on. Complete with a display of flag colors courtesy of the Huntington North High School JROTC, a flag folding ceremony, a letter read from Congressman Jim Banks, volley & taps, ceremonial music and wreath presentation, the Memorial Day 2024 Program at Crestview Middle School in Huntington proved its importance in honoring its local members.
