Ansah is actively engaged in various extracurricular activities with the township, said Sandra Mangarella, a Union High School English and AP English teacher.  Ansah served as the elected Publicist of the Union High School Class Council throughout her junior and senior years. Additionally, she holds the position of President of the Seekers Club at the school. In the current academic year, she assumed the role of editor-in-chief of the Student Farmer Frontline newsletter, collaborating with Superintendent Dr. Gerry Benaquista. She contributes significantly to the UHSPAC, showcasing her talents both on stage and behind the scenes, with her recent role as assistant director for UHSPAC's production of Mean Girls at Kean University in January. Ansah’s involvement extends to several other organizations, including the National Honor Society, the National Spanish Honor Society, Peer Ambassadors, EmpowHERment, and Farmer Fam.

Ansah said she looks forward to embarking on her academic journey at Princeton University, where she plans to pursue a degree in Psychology. “We extend our best wishes to her for all her future endeavors,” said Mangarella. “The achievements of our students bring great pride to Union High School.”
