Grand opening of new creative space and venue in Rosendale this Saturday
Rosendale’s former Market Market flung its doors open once again last December for an open house to welcome its new incarnation: The Muse. Since then, renovations have finished, and the new venue is set for its grand opening night this weekend, featuring a performance by Hudson Valley music scene veterans Big Joe Fitz and the Lo-Fi’s – just in time to christen the newly installed wooden dance floor. Nearly 1,200 residents respond to O&W Rail Trail Corridor Study
Port Jervis. The survey was to gauge public interest in a 57-mile trail from Kingston to Port Jervis. The Open Space Institute recently issued a study asking residents to voice their interest in a 57-mile trail spanning from Kingston to Port Jervis known as the O&W Trail. According to the organizers, nearly 1,200 residents have already responded. The online survey will remain open through late June, 2024.

NEW PALTZ – Deputy New Paltz Mayor Alexandria Wojcik stands accused of social media posts that encourage “violent uprisings against Jews and Jewish institutions in Israel and elsewhere,” according to a statement from an Ulster County Jewish group.
