Dog tests positive for cocaine, 26 dogs seized including puppies from North Carolina owner
DAVIE COUNTY, N.C. — A man is facing animal cruelty charges after a puppy tested positive for cocaine, according to the Davie County Sheriff’s Office. The sheriff’s office said on April 24, the Animal Services Division served a search warrant at a home on Wall Street in Mocksville. Animals Services said they received information that a Pitbull puppy seen by an emergency vet in Winston-Salem tested positive for cocaine, THC, and benzodiazepines.
