    Pat Travers Band to perform in Troy

    TROY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — Powers Park in Troy announced they will host a performance this summer by the Pat Travers Band. The show is scheduled for July 27.

    Pat Travers has released over 20 studio albums across his multi-decade career. He is best known for his songs “Snortin’ Whiskey,” “Boom Boom (Out Go The Lights)” and “Heat in the Street.”

    The show will kick off with a performance by the Joe Mele Project, led by New York State Blues Hall of Famer Joe Mele. The concert is set to run from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

    Eli Young Band to perform in Schenectady

    Powers Park is located between Second and Third Avenues in Troy. The show is free to attend and open to the public, with the concert being a fundraising event for the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association Chapter 19-1, who provide services for veterans in need.
